CLASSIFICATION: Fragrance Disbursement System MATERIAL: Bisque Porcelain | Bamboo COMPOSITION: Set of 5 (Assorted Flora) ROLE: Olfactory Sculpture

The standard reed diffuser is an aesthetic compromise. You get the scent, but you are forced to display a jar of oil filled with what looks like kindling. The Connoisseur demands a delivery system that is as beautiful as the fragrance it carries.

This set replaces the utilitarian stick with a sculpted botanical element. Hand-crafted from bisque (unglazed) porcelain, these five blooms are mounted on bamboo stems. They utilize the natural porosity of the ceramic to draw up the fragrance oil, diffusing it slowly into the room through the petals.

It transforms a passive air freshener into a permanent floral arrangement. It refuses to wilt, it refuses to rot, and it turns the act of fragrancing a room into a visual event.

THE CURATOR'S NOTES

  • Capillary Engineering: The unglazed porcelain is not just for texture; it is functional. The microscopic pores act as a wick, pulling the oil upward and increasing the surface area for evaporation. It is a machine disguised as a flower.
  • The Botanical Survey: The set includes five distinct architectural forms: Rose, Daffodil, Tulip, Lavender, and Calla Lily. Arranged together, they form a white, monochromatic bouquet that fits any interior palette.
  • Reusability: Unlike wooden reeds that become saturated and useless, these can be maintained. If you change scents, simply soak the porcelain in alcohol to purge the old fragrance, let dry, and begin again.
  • Visual Logic: It solves the "ugly bottle" problem. Placed in a simple glass vessel, these stems look like a deliberate piece of decor rather than a cleaning product left on the counter.
